Overview: Instructor Kahentawaks Tiewishaw introduced Indigenous youth from both Dawson College, and John Abbot College to AbTeC and the Initiative for Indigenous Futures. Journeys and Crossroads respectively are one year CEGEP transition programs aimed at preparing Indigenous students for the realities of post secondary education. This was the first of three scheduled visits. The following visits included a 7th Gen Character Design workshop, as well as a tour of our virtual headquarters AbTeC Island.
